Hello friends, Today is a very simple chutney recipe as a perfect combination for idli, dosa, paniyaram, etc. This is very easy to make in a short span of time.

- 1tsp Jeera
- 1tsp Channa dhal (Kadalai paruppu)
- 2 Medium-sized Onion chopped
- 2 Medium-sized Tomato chopped
- Dry red chilli depends on the spice level
- Curry leaves few
- 2Tbsp Grated Coconut
- Salt as required
- Oil 2 tsp
Steps to follow:
- Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and channa dhal.
- After frying, add chopped onions, red chilli, curry leaves, give a good mix.
- Add chopped tomato, salt and cook till it becomes mushy.
- Add grated coconut and turn off the stove.
- Add the mixture to mixie after it cools completely.
- Make a smooth paste.
- Serve with hot idlis, dosa, paniyaaram.
