Hi friends, Hope you all are doing great, Here I am posting Diwali special sweet recipe, Mysore Pak. Kindly try this recipe and keep supporting us!
- 1 cup Besan Flour
- 1 + 1/2 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Refined Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
Steps to follow:
- Take a wide pan and heat the besan flour till the raw smell goes.
- In a saucepan melts 1 cup of ghee and gradually adds the roasted besan flour.
- Stir continuously to avoid any lumps formation.
- In another saucepan melts 1 cup of sugar with a quarter cup of water for sugar syrup.
- For this Mysore Pak, the sugar syrup should be 1 string consistency. We need more patience.
- Add gradually besan ghee mixture to the sugar syrup. Have a good mix till the batter thickens little.
- Transfer the mix to a tray that is coated with ghee.
- Spead fast and evenly to have a smooth texture. Allow it to cool 90%.
- Now it is ready to cut as required size.
